Thanksgiving Day is a special day to give thanks for our blessings. It is important to look back and appreciate the good things that have happened in our lives be it in our businesses, homes, school, organizations, marketplace, or farms. Giving thanks demonstrates our gratitude for what has positively impacted our lives. A simple thing as being healthy is worth giving thanks for good health. Experiencing job expansion of massive harvest is a chance to give thanks. Waking up each morning is also a chance to give thanks to God for the gift of life.
At Lifecare Children and Women Empowerment Initiative (LCCWEI), we have experienced tremendous progress in various sectors. We have seen our students improve academically, which is something to give thanks for. The efforts put into their studies in terms of finances and other resources have proven fruitful. Their families have also stabilized emotionally, socially, and economically through the aid given by the organization. It is exciting to see families stabilize since families are the pillars of society. The organization has conducted numerous palliative care activities where struggling families were supplied with food in various locations. This has been a success and empowerment to the society that is worth giving thanks for.
LCCWEI wishes to thank all stakeholders who have made it possible to propel its dream by empowering the needy women and children in our society.
