They are farmers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and leaders, managing both the household and agricultural work that keep their families and societies thriving. In fact, women make up about 43% of the agricultural labor force in developing countries, playing a key role in producing food and ensuring nutrition for their families. Yet, despite their significant contributions, rural women face tremendous challenges, including limited access to resources, education, and healthcare.
